Safe Communities Offers Training Package for Summer Workers

Safe Communities Canada is offering municipal governments, businesses and other community organizations an unique on-line training opportunity for summer workers. From April 1- June 30 Safe Communities is presenting a training package for summer workers for $49.95 per participant. The course package includes WHMIS, The Respectful Workplace and Personal Protective Equipment. Young workers can take their training whenever they like, from any location that offers on line computer access. There is 24/7 technical support and successful participants can download/print a Certificate of Completion for each course.

20% of the proceeds earned through the sale of online training can be directed to a Safe Communities Kawartha Lakes which in turn is reinvested into injury prevention programs in our community.  To register contact kscaravelli@safecommunities.ca or phone 1-855-423-4628.
